2. Sign the Back of the Ticket: Immediately sign your name on the back of the ticket to establish ownership.



3. Submit a Claim Application: Fill out a claim application form, available at the Directorate of State Lotteries or from authorized lottery agents.



4. Attach Necessary Documents: Along with the claim form, provide:


The original winning ticket, intact and without damage.


A photocopy of both sides of the ticket.


Two passport-sized photographs.


A copy of your PAN card.

5. Submit Within the Stipulated Time: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date. Delayed claims may not be entertained.



6. Prize Amount and Claim Authority:


Up to ₹1 Lakh: Claims can be submitted to the District Lottery Offices.


Above ₹1 Lakh: Claims should be submitted to the Directorate of State Lotteries in Thiruvananthapuram.


7. Tax Deductions: Prizes above ₹10,000 are subject to a 30% tax deduction at source. Ensure you are aware of the tax implications and have your PAN card details ready.
